About
Who we are
Sabai Dee (สบายดี) is our greeting and our promise: ease in the body. The studio is rooted in Thailand — training and rhythm come from there — and we keep the menu strictly Thai: traditional mat massage, oil massage, herbal compress, foot work, and small spa touches from the same tradition.
We do not mix in Swedish or other Western styles. Sessions are tuned to you with Thai pressure levels, stretching, and breath — quiet room, clear communication, and respect for how your body feels that day.

Traditional Thai massage
Mat-based classic Nuad Thai: rhythmic pressure, stretching, and energy lines — clothes on, deep release without oil.

Thai oil massage
Slow Thai-style strokes with warm oil — optional light aromatherapy from Thai oils. Deep relaxation, still fully Thai technique.

Herbal compress & heat
Steamed Thai herbal bundles to warm muscles, ease stiffness, and add an aromatic layer to your session — often paired with massage.

Thai foot massage (Nuad Tao)
Lower legs and feet on a comfortable chair, Thai pressure and lines — plus Thai herbal balm, warm packs, or head–neck release when available.
